    Policies

    • Check-in and check-out.

      We can be totally flexible with check-in times so as to fit in with your travelling arrangements. As regards check-out, we would ask you to be away from the hotel by midday unless we have agreed otherwise.

    • Cancellation

      To confirm your booking, we ask for full payment in advance of your stay. Bookings that are subsequently cancelled less than 3 days in advance, we charge a cancellation fee of 1 night’s stay. In the event of your non-arrival without prior warning, the accommodation payment is forfeited. Please note: For high season cancellations received less than 3 days in advance (1 January to 25 January - Ethiopian Christmas & Epiphany), for cancellation received less than 3 days in advance, 100% of the booking will be forfeited.

    • Smoking

      Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed areas within the hotel without exception.

    • Payments

      We accept: VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB, AMEX, DINERS, CHOICE CORPORATE CARDS, EFTPOS & CASH.

      The hotel maintains a strict no-pets policy on its premises except for guide dogs.
